Introduction
In order to maintain the effectiveness of the production for entire worker in the factory, production counting system is the most effective way on the open boundaries factory. Toward today electronics world, electronics production counting have been simplify the production rule and product quality enforcement to simplify their task and meet ever-growing data collection and reporting requirements without compromising operator safety or effectiveness. Production worker use various type of today mobile hand held devices or let the task to be done by automation data capturing system, mobile computer and mobile printer to simplify their diary data entry task.
Autotrack On demand knowing the complexity on the manual production counting and we introduce the mobile and automation production to work with various mobile computer and printer in the Auto-ID market. We greatly simplify the production counting process where by the quality engineer only need to enter the number (or leave it to the automation barcode scanner) and take a snap shoot of the product passing the line. The data will be keep and printed out as proof for the documentation compliance purposes.
